By accessing our website or engaging our photography and videography services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our mutual obligations and protect both parties.
1. Definitions
"Client" refers to any individual or entity engaging the services of I See You Studios."Services" encompass all photography and videography offerings provided by I See You Studios."Deliverables" denote the final products delivered to the Client, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and digital files.
2. Booking and Payment
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.Balance: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the scheduled service.Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other methods as specified on our website.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the booking more than 14 days prior to the scheduled service, the deposit may be applied to a future booking within six months. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the service will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Studio Cancellation: In the unlikely event that I See You Studios must cancel a booking, a full refund of all payments made will be issued to the Client.
4. Service Delivery
Turnaround Time: Standard delivery of edited photographs and videos is within 4-6 weeks from the date of the event.Rush Orders: Expedited processing is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Delivery Method: Final Deliverables will be provided via a secure online gallery or physical media, as agreed upon.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: I See You Studios retains the copyright to all images and videos produced.Usage License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Deliverables for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial usage requires prior written consent and may be subject to additional fees.Third-Party Usage: Clients may not authorize third parties to use the Deliverables without express written permission from I See You Studios.Forever Yours iseeyoustudios.systemrevamp.com
6. Client Responsibilities
Permissions: The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for locations, venues, and individuals to be photographed or filmed.Conduct: Clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not interfere with the professional performance of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Force Majeure: I See You Studios shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or governmental restrictions.Liability Cap: In any event, the liability of I See You Studios shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.
8. Image Editing and Retouching

9. Archiving and Storage
Retention Period: I See You Studios will retain copies of the Deliverables for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.Client Responsibility: Clients are advised to download and back up all Deliverables promptly upon receipt.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
11. Amendments
I See You Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
